Braulio Hernandez is a Cuban-American director based in Los Angeles, who brings a unique dual perspective to his mentorship at Kim Houston Acting Studios. Having spent years in front of the camera with projects on Netflix, Nickelodeon, Telemundo, and others, he understands firsthand the vulnerability required to deliver a truly grounded performance.
A graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts, Braulio combines his empathy for the actor’s process with the technical eye of a working director. Through his coaching, he helps talent bridge the gap between honing their craft and the technical demands of a set. Braulio mentors actors on the business of the acting industry, equipping them with the tools to navigate casting realities, market themselves effectively, and build a sustainable career rooted in their most authentic voice.
