STUDIO POLICIES

At Kim Houston Acting Studios, we are committed to creating a professional, supportive, and industry-focused environment for every actor. Please review our studio policies below:

Booking & Payment
All classes, workshops, and private sessions must be reserved in advance. Full payment or deposit is required to secure your spot.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the session being forfeited.

Class Credits & Expiration
All class credits, packages, and private sessions are valid for up to 3 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this time and cannot be extended.

Make-Up Classes
Make-up classes are not guaranteed and are offered only when availability allows and with proper notice.

Non-Transferable
All purchases are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered actor.

Professional Environment
KHAS is a working studio environment. Actors are expected to arrive on time (no earlier than 5 minutes before class), come prepared, and maintain a respectful and focused attitude.

Media & Content
KHAS may occasionally capture photos or video for educational or promotional purposes. If a student prefers not to be included, they must notify us in writing.

Communication
All important updates (scripts, class changes, bookings) will be sent via email and/or text. Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is current.
