STUDIO TERMS

Release of liability for Kim Houston Acting Studios/Reel Time Auditions dba KASTING LLC

In exchange for participation in any classes, private instruction & or taping services (Kasting LLC and MusicWorks, Inc dba Audacity of 2734 Polk Street, Ste B, Hollywood, Florida 33020) and/or use of the property, facilities and services, I agree for myself and the members of my family, participating, the following:

1. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings and agree to follow any oral instruction or directions given by Kim Houston Acting Studios or the employees, representatives or instructors of Kim Houston Acting Studios.
2. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself or any family members and release and discharge Kim Houston Acting Studios (Kasting LLC & MusicWorks, Inc dba Audacity) for injury, loss, damage arising out of my or my family’s use of or presence upon the facilities of Kim Houston Acting Studios, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family or Kim Houston Acting Studios (Kasting LLC & MusicWorks, Inc dba Audacity – other third parties)
3. I agree to indemnify and defend Kim Houston Acting Studios (Kasting LLC & MusicWorks, Inc dba Audacity) against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family’s use of presence upon the facilities of Kim Houston Acting Studios (Kasting LLC & MusicWorks, Inc dba Audacity)
4. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Kim Houston Acting Studios caused by me or my family’s negligent, reckless or willful actions.
5. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolves under Florida law.

I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO THIS DOCUMENT UPON ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHT BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY CLASSES OR PRIVATE INSTRUCTION AT KIM HOUSTON ACTING STUDIOS/ MUSICWORKS, INC dba AUDACITY.

Store Policy

While shopping for classes, private sessions and other services offered by Kim Houston acting studios, certain rules and restrictions apply. 

1. All sales are final. No refunds. Store credit refunds only.
2. All classes, workshops and private sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy unless otherwise stated in the promotion/marketing materials or product page. Before that 24 hour period, your purchase can be credited to the account. So for example, if you signed up for a class that cost 1 credit and cancelled 24 hours before, that credit would be refunded to your account.
3. Cancellations in the 24 hour time frame before the begging of class will not be refunded as some classes sell out and we must make up for those spots.
